Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms may need some maintenance as I witnessed an incident with an elderly guest struggling in the middle of the night. However, the rooftop location was quite a journey but offered a good variety of food choices. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being pleasant but indifferent, while others tried to address our concerns but fell short. The location looked better than last year but lacked enough shaded areas, and noise from neighboring guests could be disturbing. The dining options were fair, with some greasy items but fresh salad and vermicelli were decent. Overall, the value for the money spent was questionable due to cleanliness issues and unmet promises.
The hotel's rooms were excellent, well worth the extra money, and very clean, with plenty of hand sanitizers displayed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. However, the experience with the receptionist was chaotic and unprofessional.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit cramped, but the balcony provided a pleasant view of the tennis court and rooftop pool. However, the thin walls and creaky doors made it hard to get quality sleep. The service was lackluster, with unhelpful and indifferent staff members. The location was convenient for the village and beach, although some areas need improvement. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a decent variety but inconsistent quality. Overall, the facilities were average.
